Touch not responding on top (between selfie camera to speaker)

PLEASE Help
Today my phone didn't response on touching in the uper right place( above the selfie camera) until the middle of the top speaker. I attach photos and a video. Is it hardware? Factory reset will do anything? I have done factory reset a dew days before. Do i need to do one more factory reset, it woll solve the problem?? Anyone else facing this issue?? Restart the phones does nothing just to say

On the video i turn over the phone as u can see and from the oppooy side i can adjust the brightness (it responsers as it used to be) but on the normal it doesn't responses at all!!!. It does the same on everything in that area (from selfie cam to top speaker)

Omg i hope it is not hardware problem and have to ho to warranty service.

I have received back the phone, it is working fine, the only problem was that the first time they send it to me with one month delay BUT it has dust inside the cooling aerodynamic system in the back. I send it back again and within a week i had the phone back plus extended warranty! The only thing is that the second time the phone wasn't in a box with protection materials, just the original rog 3 box, in a grey nylon bag.
Anyway, I am happy again, the Asus support is top notch. If they improve the packaging and the delay time of spare parts it will be the best Company from hardware/software to aftersales and support!
**The blackcrash btw didn't affect me much only on low brightness i see the blackcrash. Netflix with medium to high brightness has no issues. But i have not tested it much to tell the truth.**
I think Asus will improve it more with new FOTAs
