When I was going through the scores in Google, screen starts flickering when I scroll.

Look to me like this is a problem with the app itself and not the actual phone? does this happen everywhere? inside settings or another applications?

It doesn't happen in settings.
I have another android phone and there that app doesn't flicker.

This is not a specific ROG Phone 3 problem. It's a bug in Google across all manufacturers.

Hi this seem to be a known issue with Google Webview update, Try uninstalling the update from settings => Apps.
