Rog phone dock 3 HDMI/DP output and USB transfer not working?

Hi,

So I use a ROG phone Dock for my ROG 3, for awhile now HDMI(or DP) output through rear ports is no longer working? it used to work but and Im using same monitor etc. Also the phone is no longer discoverable through USB-B connection(used to also work)

Can transfer from Laptop to SD card but and phone can read sd card?
