It would be an acceptable answer if all the apps had a brightness slider. The problem is far more pronounced on all other apps for eg. Amazon Prime Video. Even at full brightness the blacks seems to take the life out of everything, even the well lit scenes. If it's an hardware issue it would be appreciated if the makers can accept that. Otherwise a quick resolution is needed.
