Anders_ASUSIt would be an acceptable answer if all the apps had a brightness slider. The problem is far more pronounced on all other apps for eg. Amazon Prime Video. Even at full brightness the blacks seems to take the life out of everything, even the well lit scenes. If it's an hardware issue it would be appreciated if the makers can accept that. Otherwise a quick resolution is needed.I just want to let you know that Netflix, Youtube and more services are being investigated
What I can say at the moment is that you shouldn't touch the built in brightness bar in Netflix. Normally, it controls the system brightness but for some reason it doesn't. If you have more or less than 50% (in netflix), the image will have either too much or too little gamma. Only use the system brightness bar to adjust your brightness

When we take screen shot it's get only black tile. I need my money backDear Asus team I am facing the same issue in my ROG phone 3, buying a so expensive device and after that a issue showing up that is not good. Even I have taken screen shot that screen shot is also blackish. Should I go for the refund.
