Rog 3 sim card and USB port not working adter updating to latest firmware

• Rooted or not: Not Rooted
• Frequency of Occurrence: Every 2-3 Minutes.
• APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app)

Issues:

After I have updated to latest firmware the phone keeps restarting every 2-3 minutes and some issue occurs.

Sim card not detected.

Process.com.android.phone isn't responding when I select Sim card or Call on Settings.
USB port (Side and Bottom) not working to connect on PC using 3 diiferent original ROG cable (Rog 2,3 and 5) but it's charging

I've tried clearing cache of System Ui and Factory Reset the phone but the error still occur.

I can't manually update my firmware to lower since usb port cant connect to pc.

Please upload newer android 12 version that might fix the database.

Yes already tried entering safe mode too. Almost 2-3 minutes max and it will reboot sim card not detected usb not recognize on pc.
