Hy people...i have a strange issue with this phone...every time I'm in a call and another one is incoming...when I answer the second call, my ringtone volume is lowering by itself...

Please provide further details in order to understand better your issue;
1.Does it happens only with the ASUS caller app?
2.Does it only happen with the earpiece or also with loudspeaker/earphones?
3.Could you recreate your issue and record it for us so that we can understand better your case?

I use only Asus call app,and the issue appears only when I'm talking on the phone and I pick the second call. After that my ring volume is low
