Firmware Version: 17.0823.2013.131
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Till now Occured two times.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

When my phone was in idle mode suddenly its goes off and than its showing logo of Asus and than after 2 or 3 second showing logo of Android and this cycle keeps go on. This happened two time 1st time before 6 or 7 days and 2nd time the day before yesterday around 11:35 am. When it happend first time i reach to your call center where executive solved my issue by guiding me and today i did same thing to resolve it. But i m not sure why this is happening!?. and do this will continue in future also? I have recorded video so you can better understand it, Here i am attaching video clip of that. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Phone Software Issue When it was in Idle mode

This is a software bug
Are you having a Tencent version flashed with global rom then this can be the main cause
If you are having a global version of your device , then do a factory reset and if that also dont fix your issue then,
Go to service centre and they will flash a clean new software
