My rog phone 3 is not charging with original charger

Hi , i can confirm that this is happening.
I just bought this phone yesterday.
Tested the phone to charge both on Bottom port and Side Port. Both Works.
I ran the latest firmware update to the phone.
Now bottom port no longer charges after the latest firmware update.
Please tell if this will be fixed very soon.

Dear admin , can i confirm that this case is legit?
Bought phone on the 22nd , and this is 23rd.

As per previous comment :

Use the same charger with a different phone - Yes , charger works
Use different charger with your phone - Only side usb-c works
Factory reset your phone - really? i have to factory reset? , anyway , i did this. didnt work as well.
There is a side port for charging check if it works there - Yes side port works.
