Mobile getting hot without using and also using some social apps. Screenshot attached . It went to 51 deg without using any apps..

Check all your running services and see if there is anything suspicious around. You might have gotten some sort of malware somewhere. If possible backup your data and wipe the phone and see if the issue still persists.

Make sure you are on latest software version which is .78, you can check by
Go to setting => About => Software information.
Also, as suggested by nightmaster you can perform a complete wipe once to see if that fixes the problem.
