Why my update for right controller end up with 'Update Failed' ??? Please help me

Frequency of Occurrence: just happen now

Yaaa i did restart it everytime

Just notice, the file you download is a CN.
open the dropdown and use the WW version
Version WW-18.0410.2108.158

@Poxca As CHOOZR is saying, please make sure you download the correct file (WW) and place it in the root directory, then restart your device.

Already done update it.. but still when i update my gamepad for right controller,, it will UPDATE FAILED
