@kingofanbazhagan Are you trying to downgrade from Android 11 -> Android 10? If that's the case, make sure you're using the correct package from the support website. The description should read:
ROG Phone 3 (ZS661KS) Software downgrade from Android 11 to Android 10 for WW/TW/EU/RU/JP SKU only*

@kingofanbazhagan Make sure the file is placed in the root directory (Internal storage) and then reboot your device. The system should recognize the file on startup.
