How to enter safe mode, in asus rog 3 I tried watching many videos but none of them worked. Can it be disabled because my parents used Google family link for parental control

How to enter safe mode

1.Hold power button
2. Hold power off or restart option either way a prompt will ask if you want to reboot to safe mode
3. Just click on reboot to safe mode and it'll do so
If you want to go back to normal mode just restart your device again it'll be back to normal

It looks like you are tapping the Power option.
You need to hold for 5 seconds.
