Dual Sim Call Forwarding switches off after every restart

I use 2 sim cards in my device and I've switched on Dual Sim Call Forwarding feature.
Every time I switch off my device or restart the device this feature automatically switches off and I have to switch it on manually.
Please check into this issue.

Managed to lower the size. Ignore the fire emoji, it's to hide the numbers.
Got .78 FOTA today. And this is still the same
