Also, the message is saying your phone is too hot. Let it cool down before you cause further damage. Turn off X mode and 144hz to help it cool down faster.

Sorry to poke you again but no matter it's 3 or 2 the problem is same. Few days ago I also encountered the same issue and posted on the forum 😝😝😝 https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/46864/random-shutdowns
Even though the charger was not plugged in. But reboot helped me. Again reboot not reset 😝😝😝

If this only happens once, then don't be alarmed, but if it happens several times, then you need to contact ASUS service for repair
