Call quality is not good.reciver not able to here properly.low sound and eco.very distrubing.
Also have black patch issue.
Please look into this matter.

See if call quality is good using WhapsApp or any similar app.
Install Google Dialer and make a phone call, check if the call quality is better/worse.
Also, let me know which carrier you are using.

Same problem with whatsapp but better then normal calling.
Nothing happens with the Google dialer .
Using Jio carrier service.
