are you sure that it is the Rog Phone (3 or 5) which is in question, the call forwarding is managed by the operator and your instructions, not by smartphones.
for example, in France, Orange or Free is * 2 1 * xxxxxxxxxx #, * 61 * xxxxxxxxxx # for Bouygues
xxxxxxxxxx is N° phone
