APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Android Settings
Trying to transfer files to PC. When connected via USB the phone just charges. No USB pop-up to select action or modify USB connection behavior.
Tried USB debugging in dev options, still the same.
*Cable, laptop all working with a samsung device.
