Brightness and tint issue after latest WW_17.0823.2008.70 update.

Firmware Version: WW_17.0823.2008.70
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Every Time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Youtube, Gallery, Netflix

There is a brightness and tint related issue with Gallery, Youtube and Netflix app. It might be with others apps as well but i noticed in above mentioned apps as of now.
Steps to replicate.
1. Set refresh rate to auto.
2. Set theme as Dark.
3. Disable auto brightness and set brightness level to 0%.
4. Open any of the apps Gallery, Youtube or Netflix.
5. You will notice some shift in color, it accquires some red tint.
6. Now exit the app, the brightness suddenly increases on exiting the app.

Display auto brightness shift was fixed in .70 for most. Further update will improve the same.
When changing refresh rate you may see a slight color or brightness shift.

Ok, but if the brightness increases due to change in refresh rate on opening the app then it should go back to initial state when exiting the app. it stays on increased level even after exiting.
Also the brightness level shows it as on 0% when app exits but on taping the brightness slider at 0 the brightness actualy decreses to 0.
