Battery charging in "scheduled charge" out of set time

It's normal. You will have "normal" or "slow charging" (if enabled) outside of those hours. During your scheduled charging, it will fast charge (if slow charging is not enabled) up to 80%, keep it there until some time before your end time and fully charge (unless you have limited to 80 or 90%). So If you have enabled both "slow charging" and "maximum 80% charge", then scheduled charging has no effect.
But there is currently a bug with fast charging which will be fixed in the next FOTA.
