ASUS ROG 3 UPPER SPEAKER NOT WORKING

Firmware Version:2103.143 , march patch
Rooted or not:NOT
Updated to latest version yesterday and since then my upper speaker is not working. It's not working in music and neither in calls. It was fluctuating and turning on and off but now it's absolutely dead.
Can anyone help?

try factory reset, if it still not fixed, that mean, the upper speaker is dead.
but, it just sound like its already dead to me. factory reset may not help.
