You can try doing an SMMI test to check if the speaker module is working.Go to the "Calculator" and type ".12345+=" in there you can choose a "Single Test" and select "Speaker Test"If it does not respond as intended then I would advice contacting your closest ASUS Service Center.https://www.asus.com/support/service-center-location/
