Asus app

I am unable to open my asus app on ROG3. Wen i open on playstore, only uninstall option available. No open or update option. Iam facing this issue since month.
.
Can anybody help....???

Can you share your software version.
Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
I know factory reset maybe a tedious task still can you try once and let me know if this helps.

Im also only seeing uninstall in play store.
HOwever, the app can be accessed via what batboy had said.
