zenpad 8 display flickering non stop even after reset to factory setting

my zenpad 8.0 z380kl was fine til about 3 weeks ago, the screen started to flicker. it was so bad that i could not see the screen to key in anything.. i read from the internet to update the software, which i tried but with success, subseqauen ey also advicee to reset the setting to factory and erase all other apks,. i also tried it, also wihtoout success.
android version is 6.0
touch panel version 3038-5526
