Hi all,
When I plug my Zenfone 9 to the car via Android Auto, it works for a few minutes and then it disconnects itself. Android Auto was working perfectly beforehand: this problem started when I turned on the Android Auto car-compatible mode toggle, which was previously off.
- Zenfone 9
- Andorid 13, 33.0804.2060.189
- Not rooter
- Every time since the problem started, but it has been working perfectly beforehand.
- Android auto, version 10.6.634044-release
- The vehicle is a VW Golf 2018
Since then, I tried to:
- turn the Android Auto car-compatible mode toggle off again
- re-install Android Auto
- clear Android Auto cache
- try with other USB-C cables
- reset to factory setting the infotainment system of the car
None of these helped, and the phone keeps on disconnecting itself after few minutes.
I regret touching that toggle.. is there anything I could do to fix this?
