I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of my Asus 8z smartphone. Recently, I have encountered significant issues with both the WiFi connection and the hotspot functionality.Despite numerous attempts to connect to different WiFi networks, my Asus 8z consistently fails to establish a stable connection.
Additionally, when attempting to use the device as a hotspot to share my internet connection with other devices, it fails to broadcast a signal or provide access to the internet.These issues have greatly inconvenienced me and hindered my ability to use my device effectively for both work and personal tasks. As a loyal customer of Asus, I am disappointed by the lack of reliability and functionality in my Asus 8z smartphone.
I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving these issues to ensure that my device operates as intended. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
