Unable to register my XT9, website does not acknowledge SN as being correct

I am unable to register my XT9 routers on the Asus website, as it does not acknowledge SN as being correct. When I enter the SN it brings up details to show I am trying to register an XT9 router, however it shows me an error message that the SN is incorrect.
