The problem of slow boot-up after upgrading the laptop

Hello, I have a question regarding the Asus ROG Strix G513 computer
My computer has only 8 RAM and I recently added 16 RAM and now I have 24 RAM, which means (8 original RAM + 16 RAM that I purchased)
I also added a 1 TB M.2 hard disk

My first problem is that after the upgrade, the computer started booting slowly, taking 8.1 seconds

My second problem is that the bottom of the computer has become a little hot, a little to the point of being ineffective, but before upgrading the computer I did not suffer from this thing, knowing that when the laptop fan is running there is no heat.

RAM/Hard Disk from Crucial Company

Does anyone have an idea or solution to this problem?

Also, another side question: When I disassembled the computer, I noticed that there was a cover on the original hard disk from the company and a cover on the RAM as well. What is the reason for their presence?
I will attach a picture of them below if possible

You upgraded you laptop ever think to take that into consideration? that the system now has to run checks on the new device you install and 8.1 isn't slow by any means either, you really should not try an boot quicker it better to allow the system to work correctly than boot up too fast.
