I had a FonePad FE375CG several years ago and had used asus supernote on it. One day I decided to reset it to factory settings. So I made a backup from my ASUS Supernote into ASUS webstorage. After resetting my device I tried to restore backed up notes from ASUS webstorage using ASUS supernote. But I couldn't succeed. In supernote aap, it appears a message that says it couldn't login to my account, whereas I can access to my webstorage files from the site. Please help me to restore those files in text format

1. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information>Build Number
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still persist?

2. Supernote app version
Long press App icon>App Info or Settings>Apps & notifications>App info

It should be noted that I tried to check restoring data by installing supernote in other devices such as SAMSUNG galaxy A6 and Redmi Note 10. but in all of them a similar error message appears.

After confirming with the window, since the FE375CG is an early FonePad product, there is no further maintenance for the SuperNote function. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
