I have a 6 month old AX6600 XT8 router that has a failing node. I worked with ASUS support last night and seemed to have had it fixed or so I thought. Woke up this morning only to find it flashing the blue light of death yet again. I went on their website to register the router (which I should have done 6 months ago) only to find that the serial number will not take. A failing node at 6 months...a website that will not let me register my broken product.....and now I just realized the one node that is working will not show my 5G band. I am usually very patient and understanding but now.....I'm so done with all this!
Hi there, Can I have the error message of the registration failing? If you bought a router set, please register with the SN on the box, which is the SN for the set, instead of SN on individual router. Thank you.
I'll will resubmit the registration per your instructions. Proper instructions on your website would be helpful and less stressful. As for the problem with the node, it is defective and on the way back to Asus for repair. Thank you for your response.
