Recently I bought an ASUS RT-AC5300 router and have gone through the setup through my laptop. However, even though I’m able to connect to the WiFi, I can’t access the internet.
My original router used a Coax cable so I bought a Coax to Ethernet adapter to be Abel to plug in my router. The adapter reads that an Ethernet signal is going through so I don’t believe the issue to be there. I’ve restarted, rebooted, checked that the firmware was up to date, and I still am unable to get the WiFi to have a connection to the internet.
Is there any other methods?
