Hello Asus community,
I've purchased Asus Rog Strix Hero 3 4 and a half years ago from a trusted online reseller - https://emag.bg
I have been using the laptop without any issues whatsoever. I am using it to play CSGO from time to time and I decided to try one of the alternative servers - FaceIT.
FaceIT requires to install their anti-cheat and their anti-cheat requires BIOS access. This is when I tried to provide it and noticed that the BIOS is locked even though I never set password.
My question is if it is normal for the bios to be locked by default ?
Is there a way to understand what is the password or reset it somehow?
I have purchase documents - sadly the guarantee card is in Bulgarian and also the purchase history in my profile.
I can provide anything in case it is necessary.
I will be thankful for any kind of help here.

The BIOS does not have a default password.
If your BIOS is locked with a password, you will need to visit a service center for assistance from the staff.
