Hello, I am from Indonesia, and I preordered the ROG Ally from the official store, and while waiting for the product to be shipped this weekend, I suddenly had something I had to attend to and I attempt to contact the store to organize the shipping or at least give me the shipping number and I will talk with the courier.
- Waited 2 days, they didn't reply my email
Tried, contacting them through social media
- Try on comment section, got deleted
- Try to ask on DM got ignored
- Try the national asus Hotline "Sorry sir, we only deal with product repair"
- Try emailing through the official company email and this the reply I got.
How is your indonesian branch run like a clown show?
