Some guy ordered Gaming Desktop and returned it immediately but in the meantime he registered the serial on his name and locked Windows 11 with his email ID. I managed to delete his profile on Win 11 but struggling to register Serial number on my account.
Please Falcon_Asus erase the old details so I can register the serial on my account. Details has been sent through PM. Please check it.

I recently bought Rog m16 from bestbuy as openbox. when I tried to register the product on Asus website or myasus app it said the product is already registered. I need some help no how to get the product registered on my ID.
