No wifi on windows startup screen

Hello I have the tuff gaming z690 D4 motherboard i managed to get windows installed on it(I had to use the usb stick to move the files to my new pc)i am starting from scratch i got all the way up to the windows 11 startup screen where you need to do your keyboard layout network etc in the network section i only see ethernet but no wireless WIFI option i do not want to hook it up tp ethernet i just want it wireless but there is no option can anyone please help me
