Hello guys,
My laptop I bought 2 months ago. some times while idle or watching videos on NetFlix. it freezes and starts not responding until I press the Power button to shut down and power it up again.
I tried to see Event Viewer see if anything could help, but found out no logs for the moment when shutdown.
What should I do?
