Hello, this is Hussain. I am a customer of your products.
I bought a laptop from your company about four years ago. I
I recently had a problem. The laptop won't turn on. I don't know why, but I tried everything.
The problem happened when I tried to free up space from one storage device to another. I was trying to give space from the D drive to the C drive. While it was in the process of processing, the laptop just turned off, and all of its indicators turned off as well.
However, the laptop was still taking power from the outlet, and the USB ports were still working. But there were no lights or signs of life.
I tried to unplug the RAM, disk drive, battery, and monitor, but it still didn't work.
I tried to plug in the power while the battery was disconnected, and the charging indicator turned on. When I tried to turn on the laptop, nothing happened. But then I tried holding the power button, and the indicator turned off.
What should I do?

Based on your description, it is possible that the issue lies with the motherboard or graphics card. As this seems to be a hardware-related problem, I recommend taking your laptop to a repair center for further assessment.
