attempted to register my motherboard on asus.com keep getting error message incorrect serial number motherboard was purchased pre built 1-10-2021 serial obtained using command prompt

I got the same problem!
Assembled my system in 2015
So got a Rampage V Extreme /u3.1 motherboard
And registration also keeps prompting Serialnumber incorrect!
Can anyone help?

Same problem as above. Unable to register my A87-A motherboard from a custom Velocity computer because of invalid Serial Number.
