MB16AP green light black screen

My ZenScreen Go was working the day before, when starting it up this morning. Nothing happened.
It was charging over night on the official charger. The LED is green but nothing happens when I press the power button.
Connected via USB C and tried to USB A nothing happens.
Its only 2 months old. Any ideas on making it work again.
