Detailed description:
I have bought an MB16ACE which was working fine with my previous laptop who had an usb to usb-c port. My new computer has only usb-c external ports and the MB16ACE is now displaying me a "DisplayPort no signal" message.
I have tried to update drivers and change the cable already.
What can I do ?
