Detailed description：
When I start my computer it asks for "HDD Password". Even before the bios. I cannot remember it, so I cannot start Winows anymore. What can I do?

I'm really sorry about this.
The HDD is either broken or there was one time that the password was accidentally inserted wrong, then it is stuck here.
Please kindly change another HDD and reinstall Windows with it.
