Battery or AC: both
Model: Asus Rog Zephyrus G14 GA401IV.219
Frequency of occurrence: Every time i stop typing
Reset OS: YES
Screenshot or video: YES
Detailed description:
So every time i stop typing the keyboard doesnt work, i have to press several times to make it work and when it works all the keys i typed appear at the same time. This is horrible because i can't work fluently.
And also for gaming, every time i want to use skills, commands the keyboard stops working so i die or worse.
PLEASE HELP

Hi there,
So was there any specific update or modification before the issue occurred?
please enter BIOS and load default setting again.
If you have an external keyboard, may you try it to see if there is the same issue?
Thank you.
