Increase/Upgrade ram memory

Hello...
I have ASUS ROG Strix G15DK, AMD Ryzen 7, 32GB RAM DDR4, 512SSD+1TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
I wanted to increase/upgrade RAM MEMORY with 32GB RAM 16 x 16 (TridentZ neo RGB DDR4 memory) after inserting it into the pc the display in the monitor didn't show anything. I removed the ram i added and it's working just fine.
My question is: Is the extra ram i bought incompatible with the pc or i just didn't insert it right?

This model is equipped with LO-DIMM socket.
If you want to install RAM, we would suggest you to send the device and the RAM to our service center and let us help you to do it.
