Who would have imagined that we are actually looking at TWO links, not one.
All users will guess they should click on their username to learn more.
Nobody will guess that they instead should click on the bird icon.
In fact, one has a mouseover, the other doesn't, too.
Please somebody tell someone the website needs a redesign.

OK, now let's talk about what happens when you click the bird.
There is no way to get to the page https://zentalk.asus.com/en/profile/edit .
I.e., https://zentalk.asus.com/en/profile/edit is a great page. And indeed I can see I can quite simply change my username there.
However, without you having mentioned that link, the average user has NO WAY OF GETTING THERE ON HIS OWN. There is simply no way, clicking around the website, to arrive on https://zentalk.asus.com/en/profile/edit !!

Regarding the design suggestions of the website, I will give feedback to the relevant department.
May I ask if the ID has been changed but the display still shows ZT-2738728e?
Or please clear the browser cache and log in again.
