I have 2 registered asus products ( zenfone & zenpad ). It was already sold many years ago but still registered in my account. I need help to unregistered all those , any suggestion? Thank you.
You need to contact the service team at your location and provide the following information to delete after confirming the information.
1. Your Member E-mail account
2. Your laptop's serial number photo (or the photo of the serial number on the outer box)
3. The photo of purchase invoices
