How to claim a warranty

hello everyone, my asus charging port is error and it wont charge, i want to fix it but i still have the warranty but i dont know how to claim it, im from indonesia. does anyone know how to claim warranty in indonesia? if someone know, can you tell me how? it would really help me a lot.
