How can I buy the g17 r9 rtx3080 variant? There's no buy button in here

I'm planning on buying a laptop for high end Editing and 3d Animation, and Gaming on a weekly basis but highest fps.
I have a Budget of 2 Lakhs INR, and I sorted out the following 2 laptops in my region, as a desktop replacement for me:

I will upgrade the ram to 32 or 16 gb depending on what I get, which I'm unable to understand cuz Amazon shows 16gb but ROG website shows 8gb.
Also it show's a G17 with a 3080 variation but it's not available on the ROG website.
