Help with Asus TF300T I can't unlock it. Device Unlock Tool is not working!

Hello. I was looking for a way to unlock the tablet and after conutless failures I have no other way but to ask for help.
I am trying to unlock my Asus Pad TF300T so i can update it to android 7. I dont know what to do i tried everything but Unlock Device Tools V7, V8 are not working for me. I really like the Pad but Android 4.2 Is outdated i can't use it for anything.

Build Number: JOP40D.WW_epad-10.6.1.27.5-20130902
WLAN Mac Adress: 5c:ff:35:24:24:14
If any mod can respond and help me it will be great i really like this pad.
