Help ROG DESKTOP

Turned on PC this afternoon after it working just fine last night, but now there is no display, the power button will cut on the pc but not shut it down, and the usb ports will not work. I have tried different power cords, different HDMI and DP cords. I have unplugged all peripherals and ran diagnostics on monitor and nothing,  rest the CMOS, and still nothing. What is going on?
