FX705DT UMA settings

Hi, I have an asus FX705DT. The UMA in bios was set to 128M. I've upgraded the ram to to 16GB and wondered if I should change this setting? The options are 128M, 512M or Auto. Would changing this setting improve anything? I mainly use the laptop for gaming. Any information would be really appreciated. Thanks.
